It has been my privilege to accompany clients on so many of life's journeys - navigating everything from episodes of depression and anxiety to experiences of serious mental illness. But one of my favorite services along the way has been supporting women and couples as they begin or expand their families through pregnancy and beyond.
We hear so much about the joys but far too little about the difficulties so we are sometimes unprepared for feelings of anxiety and depression we may experience along the way.
