Seven Starling took flight to help women and caregivers navigate the most meaningful transitions in their lives.

Parenthood is a beautiful, messy, and fulfilling journey.

It is a groundswell of emotions, from the highest highs and lowest lows, that unlocks meaning and motivation in our daily lives.

For many, it is also a time of silent suffering, a transition marked by intense challenges that can feel like they need to be tackled alone.

15-minute prenatal appointments leave questions unanswered.
Limited access to trusted experts leads to 2 hours+ daily googling.

Lack of social support has driven postpartum depression and anxiety rates up to 50%.
Black women face 3-4x higher maternal mortality risk than white women.

We believe women’s well-being unlocks potential for everyone.

While more than 1 in 3 women experience anxiety or depression in the perinatal period, only 25% of those diagnosed get treatment. This has generational consequences for women and families.

Seven Starling is committed to changing the way women care for themselves.

With licensed therapists, peer support, and medication as needed, we help women navigate every stage of parenthood with compassionate, evidence-based mental health care.

Tina Beilinson

Co-Founder & CEO

Tina has had a knack for taking the road less traveled since Day 1. She was born in Almaty, Kazakhstan, where she grew up until her family was granted asylum into the US at age six. She's inspired by her own parents who did everything they could to make ends meet in an unfamiliar place, and the small village of family and friends that was around to support them. In her free time, she enjoys getting lost in a new city, listening to live music, and entertaining friends at home.

Nazaneen cannot remember a time when she didn't dream of being a doctor. It took some time away from medicine, while in business school, for her to realize that obstetrics and gynecology was her calling. She feels the most impact when she is working to empower women to feel greater ownership over their healthcare decisions. When not using every diplomatic tactic to negotiate with her toddler girls, she enjoys painting and was most proud of a family effort entitled “Lady Quarantina” inspired by lockdown.
