I have been privileged to have worked with a diverse population from children to older adults and be able to support them in times of uncertainty and change.
I work from a trauma informed, client centered approach to help clients not only set and achieve their goals but thrive. My goal is to be able to help clients manage transitions and feel in control of their lives.
