I have over 8 years of experience working with individuals and families in therapeutic and community-based settings. As a mother myself, I want to acknowledge the effort it can take to reach out for support; and I am so happy to see mothers in need take that step.
Regardless of where you are on your journey or what challenges you’ve encountered, I provide an accepting and nonjudgmental space where we can develop and meet your unique needs. In addition to my work, I enjoy getting into nature with my family, reading thrillers, and cooking recipes from around the world.
